Operations executive

Operation government is accountable to make sure easy functioning and renovation of the premises and control affairs associated to the gym.

Key duties include

- Ensuring the protection and cleanliness of the premises by using conducting spot exams and managing staff

- Making positive the gear is in working situation and preservation is frequently carried out

- Should be accurate at income (call conversion, deliver in clients)

- Ensuring clean day to day operations at the facility along with responding to customer queries, managing cleansing staff, dealing with vendors, people etc

- Providing extremely good patron offerings and proactively responding to patron queries associated to fees, packages,offers and so on ( on name and in person) fundamental income acumen

Identifying areas for commercial enterprise improvement and recommending new applications based totally on client demand and market trends

- Keeping up to date with high-quality practices in gyms

- Managing accounts, making ready reconciliation and retaining song of expenses and expenses.

- Identifying new carriers for tools and constructing maintenance

- Should understand simple excel for accounts

- GOOD english verbal exchange skills

- Any different challenge assigned
